Gibson Memorial United Methodist Church recently visited A Touch of the Father’s Love, a food bank located in Nash County, where they donated quarts of Brunswick stew for serving families and veterans in our local community. Pictured below is April Baker, founder of the food ministry, with several of her volunteers. Also show are members of Gibson Memorial UMC preparing for their annual Brunswick Stew Sale in November 2025.
Grateful for those that came to Gibson Memorial United Methodist Church’s Blessing of the Animals Service this afternoon. A special thanks to the GMUMC Choir for their special music and to the Town of Spring Hope for their allowing us to celebrate in the Spring Hope Community Park.
